This 3-Way prewired assembly is designed for Telecaster-style guitars with 2 single-coil pickups and drops directly into most American Fender Teles with no modification required. (If purchasing the Reverse Control Plate configuration, see the install notes below.)
Wired with 22 AWG vintage-style push-back wire for authentic look and tone. All soldered connections at the input jack are insulated with heat-shrink tubing for added durability. Note: when installing on import guitars with metric-sized pot holes, you may need to ream the control plate holes to accommodate the slightly larger US-spec pots, and US-spec knobs may be required.
